Taco Technologies now has a solution for the integration of Office RnD to PaperCut. Our Cilantro platform allows the monthly invoicing of organisations within the co-working space. Users in Office RnD will also now be synchronized with PaperCut users, additionally they will now be able to authenticate to PaperCut using their Office RnD credentials.

Step1: Retrieve all members and group company associations in Office RnDStep2: Import all users to PaperCut and most importantly their email addresses as their unique identification. They will also be assigned to their own groups for monthly invoicing purposes. Additional members created in Office RnD will now show up in PaperCut automatically on a per minute basis.
Step1: Override the PaperCut user portal login page to verify the authentication credentials via the Office RnD API.
Step2: Users will now be able to login to the PaperCut user portal or devices using their Office RnD credentials
Transactions Synchronization and Balance Reallocation:
Step1: For each last day of the month, collect negative balances from the users in a group (e.g. Block Asset Management Pte Ltd) who have exceeded their monthly credit (e.g. $10),Step 2: Export these grouped negative balances to Office RnD according to matching organisation as a 'One-off Fees' ($60 in screenshot below)
Step 3: Reset all balances for each user based on their monthly allocation that is set in the group properties in PaperCut (e.g. $10).
